Little Scissor Project
It aims promoting the social and economical development. For this purpose, Condor trains beauty sector's professionals for free. The products used during the training are provided by Condor, who also helps the students by providing them sets of their products, in order to contribute with their hairstylist training, besides teaching monthly haircutting and hairstyling courses.

Good Shepherd School
Technical center of professional training focused on the beauty area. For believing in this project, Condor provides the hairbrushes used by the teachers during the classes, besides periodically introducing new haircut and hairstyle techniques to the students.
